TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. General

By making a booking with Gameland, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These apply to all online, phone, and in-person bookings.

2. Bookings & Payments

All bookings must be paid in full at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. Bookings are only confirmed once payment has been successfully received. Prices are subject to change without prior notice but will not affect confirmed bookings.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the booking time may be eligible for a partial refund or reschedule.

Cancellations made within 72 hours of the booking are non-refundable. No-shows or late arrivals will not be refunded.

Management reserves the right to offer reschedules at its discretion.

4. Rescheduling

Bookings may be rescheduled up to 72 hours before the scheduled time, subject to availability. Only one reschedule per booking is permitted.

5. Arrival & Late Policy

Customers must arrive at least 10–15 minutes before their booking time. Late arrivals may result in reduced activity time or cancellation without refund.

6. Age Restrictions & Supervision

Some activities may have age, height, or health restrictions. Guests aged under 18 must be supervised where required. For events (e.g. teen nights), strict age policies apply and ID may be requested.

7. Health & Safety

Participation in activities is at your own risk. Customers must follow all safety instructions given by staff. Gameland reserves the right to refuse participation to anyone deemed unfit, under the influence, or behaving unsafely.

8. Damage & Conduct

Guests are responsible for any damage caused to equipment, facilities, or property. Anti-social or abusive behaviour will result in removal from the premises without refund.

9. Party & Group Bookings

Final numbers must be confirmed in advance. Any additional guests may be charged on arrival. Party inclusions are fixed unless agreed otherwise.

10. Food & Drink

No outside food or drink permitted unless agreed in advance (e.g. birthday cakes). Gameland accepts no responsibility for allergies unless notified prior to booking.

11. Liability

Gameland accepts no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings. Nothing in these terms limits liability where it is unlawful to do so.

12. Photography & Marketing

Photos or videos may be taken on-site for promotional use. If you do not wish to appear in media, please inform a member of staff.

13. Changes by Gameland

Gameland reserves the right to amend bookings, activities, or timings due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a suitable alternative or refund will be offered.

Peak Time Policy

Weekend and peak-time bookings are strictly non-refundable but may be rescheduled with sufficient notice.
